Hopefully you are all transitioning back into a routine after the fresh start that Fall brings to us each year. In today’s post, I want to share with you the must have essential oils to be using this Fall to keep you relaxed, inspired, and well!

I was introduced to essential oils only a few years ago when my partner, Sean, rocked my Christmas gift – he hooked me up with a “Pocket Pharmacy” from Saje … which contains 4 essential oil rollers to help with headaches, pain, GI issues, etc. From there on, I was hooked! * BE WARNED*

A few days after receiving my gift, I headed into Saje and purchased my first diffuser, the ‘Aroma Art’. It has been an amazing addition to our home and supporting our well-being. 

Personally, I tend to gravitate towards buying blends of essential oils (as opposed to pure), mostly, since I haven’t branched out too far from using oils for diffusing.

Typically, I diffuse with my diffuser or my new diffuser jewelry from Vitality which I am in love with! Many many people use essential oils topically and even ingest them through drinks etc….  though, I have yet to dive into learning about using oils in this way.

My top 4 recommended essential oils for your wellness.

Here are my top 4 essential oils for supporting your wellness:

  1. Tranquility – Just like the name suggests; it’s a perfectly fresh, relaxing oil that soothes your mind. I love to diffuse this one after a stressful day when I’m relaxing, during restorative yoga, and/or at bed time. 
  2. Good Karma- You’ll keep on putting out the positive vibes with this essential oil blend of orange, cedar wood and lavender; with the combination of uplifting & grounding oils this is a sure favourite for Fall entertaining. 
  3. Frankincense- This is 100% pure essential oil I use as it provides a calming effect on one’s nervous system, great for those with anxiety. Frankincense also provides youthfulness to dull, dry, aging skin. Lastly, it has been used to help relieve cough symptoms (perfect for this time of year). This oil is best used with a carrier oil of your choice. Check out more on carrier oils here
  4. Tantra – This exotic spicy floral blend will set the mood for a romantic evening at home. It contains orange, cinnamon, patchouli, & champ (which is an aphrodisiac). Definitely one of my favourites to diffuse before bed.. 😉 

    I hope this provided you with a few new idea for your essential oils collection. If you are new to essential oils I would encourage you to look into them further, it really is a wonderful way to support your wellness.
