To reflect is to give intentional, serious thought and/or consideration to something. Reflection is a part of my life, which I incorporate into my daily activities, whether it be formally in my memory journal or informally while unwinding at the end of the day with a cup of tea. I enjoy setting some time aside as a part of my self-care practices. I have always felt reflection is an important part of our lives as it allow us to grow into the best versions of ourselves, through developing introspection and self-awareness.
